Welcome to Philly’s Historic Homes.
About Historic Homes Philly
As a Realtor, I’m always on the lookout for new historic homes in Philly and the surrounding areas. Historic Homes Philly will constantly be updated with new listings (and sales) of the historic homes. If you’d like to buy or sell a historic home—or if you’d like to have your home listed on the site—let us know!
On my blog you’ll find articles about each of the homes featured on the site. The homeowners invite me into their homes to take pictures, talk about what they’ve done and what they plan to do. I even like to do a little research at the local historical societies, Philadelphia’s Atheneum, or the City Archives.
Philadelphia is one of the most diverse and welcoming cities in America. Sure, we have that reputation when it comes to sports but what city doesn’t? (Looking at you, Boston…) We’re a city of neighborhoods and every neighborhood has a different energy, a different pulse. The food scene in Northern Liberties, the quiet streets of Chestnut Hill, the hospitality of Germantown. Every neighborhood, every street, every home has a history.
